THE GOAL WAS TO CREATE A MODERN, MULTIFUNCTIONAL FACILITY THAT WOULD MEET THE HIGH DEMANDS OF THE INVESTOR.
THE FACILITY STANDS OUT WITH AN EXCEPTIONAL LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGICAL SOPHISTICATION, WHICH NOT ONLY ENHANCES THE COMFORT OF FUTURE USERS BUT ALSO CONTRIBUTES TO THE SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENTAL FOOTPRINT OF THE FACILITY.

MODERN CUBIC ARCHITECTURE,
WHICH FITS INTO THE ENVIRONMENT AND IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE SURROUNDING BUILDINGS.
FROM THE ARCHITECTURAL POINT OF VIEW, IT IS A SIMPLE CUBIC OBJECT WITH A SMOOTH GLASS FACADE. THE GROUND FLOOR AS WELL AS THE RECESSED FLOOR ARE EXPRESSIONALLY SOFTENED WITH A BRICK FACE TILING. DESPITE ITS CONTEMPORARY APPEARANCE, THE BUILDING FITS IN NATURALLY AND IS SIMULTANEOUSLY COMPATIBLE WITH THE SURROUNDING BUILDINGS.

SPORT HOUSE PASIENKY HAS A TOTAL OF 50 PARKING PLACES. THERE IS AN EXTERIOR PARKING LOT WITH A CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC CARS AND AN UNDERGROUND GARAGE DIRECTLY UNDER THE BUILDING. THERE ARE 12 STANDARD PARKING PLACES AND 2 PARKING PLACES FOR THE DISABLED IN THE EXTERIOR. IN THE UNDERGROUND GARAGE, THERE ARE 34 STANDARD PARKING PLACES AND 2 PARKING PLACES FOR THE DISABLED.
